By using MyPengs, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy a report.

MyPengs is an independent parody personality and entertainment experience. Quiz results, reports, chemistry features, roasts, and recommendations are for fun and self-reflection only.

MyPengs is not medical, mental health, legal, financial, hiring, relationship, or professional advice. MyPengs is not affiliated with The Myers-Briggs Company, MBTI, or any official assessment provider.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyPengs. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use MyPengs only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for information you submit, activity under your account, and keeping your login information secure. Contact hello@mypengs.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Paid Pengsnality Reports are one-time digital purchases unless a checkout page clearly says otherwise. Prices, included features, and delivery timelines are shown near the purchase button or checkout.

Reports are typically delivered by email or made available in the product. Delivery can be delayed by payment review, email filtering, incorrect information, outages, or other operational issues. For help, contact hello@mypengs.com.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Because reports are digital entertainment products, purchases may be final after delivery except where the Refund Policy or applicable law says otherwise.

MyPengs currently sells one-time purchases and does not offer subscriptions. If that changes, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented before checkout. Refund questions can be sent to hello@mypengs.com.

Do not misuse MyPengs, interfere with the site, scrape or overload the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, or use the service to harass, abuse, or exploit anyone.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates risk for other users, or could harm MyPengs. To appeal or ask about a restriction, contact hello@mypengs.com.

You keep ownership of information you submit, but you give MyPengs permission to use it as needed to provide the service, generate reports, maintain accounts, process purchases, and provide support.

The MyPengs name, site design, reports, copy, quiz structure, illustrations, charts, and other product content are owned by MyPengs or its licensors. You may use purchased reports for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not resell, copy, or exploit MyPengs content as a competing product.

MyPengs is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or that a result will match how you see yourself.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyPengs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. For support, contact hello@mypengs.com.

We may update these terms as MyPengs changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
