Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how MyPengs handles refunds, duplicate charges, delivery problems, and support requests for digital purchases.

Digital product policy

MyPengs sells digital entertainment reports. Because digital reports can be accessed, copied, or saved after delivery, purchases are generally final once the report has been delivered or made available.

If something went wrong, contact hello@mypengs.com. We would rather fix a genuine launch issue than leave you stuck.

When we will refund

We will issue a refund when required by law. We will also generally refund duplicate charges, purchases caused by a checkout error, reports that were never delivered after reasonable troubleshooting, or cases where we delivered the wrong paid report and cannot correct it.

Send refund requests to hello@mypengs.com with the receipt email, purchase date, quiz result, and a short description of the problem.

When refunds may be denied

We may deny refunds after successful delivery because you changed your mind, disliked the tone of a roast, disagreed with a quiz result, selected the wrong spice level, or expected the report to provide professional advice.

If you accidentally bought the wrong report, contact hello@mypengs.com quickly. We may be able to correct the order without refunding and recharging.

Request window

Please request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests after 14 days may be denied unless required by law or tied to a delivery issue we can verify.

We may ask for enough information to find the order and confirm that you are the purchaser. Send details to hello@mypengs.com.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Payment processors and banks control the final posting time, so a refund may take several business days to appear.

If a refund shows as processed but has not posted, contact your bank or card issuer first, then email hello@mypengs.com if you still need help.

Chargebacks

Please contact hello@mypengs.com before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and fix the issue. Chargebacks can slow down resolution because the payment processor takes over the dispute process.

Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy as MyPengs adds products or checkout options. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
